At Quirky Perks, we combine efficient shipping services to enhance the shopping experience for all our customers. Our services include a thorough inspection of the products, top-quality packaging, insurance for the packages, fast & on-time delivery and timely communication at each stage of the shipping process from our shipping aggregator Shiprocket.
- Each order received is processed within 1-2 business days.
- You will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, & shipped and delivered.
- Order will then reach its destination within 1-4 business days after dispatched depending on the pin code.
- From the time the order is placed, you can expect the order to be at your door in 6-8 business days.
- We are partners with the top courier and logistics service providers to ensure that you receive your order on time and safely.
- In case you have any questions in regards to order delivery, you can contact our us and we will resolve all your problems as soon as we can.
- There could be operational & shipping delays at times of 2-4 working days due to any inevitable situation.
Please note that express shipping does not mean express processing. Processing time is still 2-3 working days or more. If you choose Express Shipping, your product will be delivered in 2-3 working days instead of standard shipping which takes 3-5 working days. Quirky Perks jointly with Shiprocket estimates the delivery date, there could be an unforeseen and inevitable delays. Quirky Perks will not be held responsible for the same.
Returns & Exchange:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have concerns, feel free to email us on email@example.com with your order number (found on the email order confirmation receipt), and we will attend to them in 24-36 hours.
You can check below at the bottom of the page to know the products that are eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange.
If the product is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will be happy to replace it for you. A clear unboxing video as proof that you received a damaged/defective product is a requirement for the same. Without the proof, we will be unable to exchange the product for you.
In case of a wrong product being received, a new one will be made and dispatched in 6-8 working days.
The order will not be cancelled even if it exceeds the shipping timeline as mentioned in delivery section reason could be inevitable.
In case of exchange in apparels (problems with fit), please note that we do not have a reverse pick up facility, you will have to ship it back to us at our warehouse and pay 100/- as restocking and shipping item back to you fee. This fee can be paid via Gpay, Paytm, Phonepay or cards.
For sunglasses, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. The order will only be REPLACED (NOT REFUNDED) if the product is damaged upon arrival.
If there is an error from our end, no re-shipping charges will be levied.
We don’t offer refunds. However, we hold the right to offer store credit if the item is out of stock or there’s an external situation out of our control.
All returns ( only on eligible items ) & exchanges are processed within 7 business days following their arrival at our warehouse. In case of a return, note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to show up on your statement depending on the issuing bank.
For prepaid orders of personalised items, there will be no order cancellation or refund since the product is just made for you. In case of a wrong product being received, a new one will be made and dispatched.
There will be no cancellations accepted if there are any delays caused due to curfew/lockdown or any political situation.
Advance booking on hats, are not refundable or can be cancelled under any circumstances. This is non negotiable.
- You must raise a return request by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with.
- Product must be in perfect condition.
- Any item on sale is not eligible for return or exchange. In case of apparels size will be exchanged subject to availability.
- Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our office and has been checked for quality.
- You will have to share the receipt of the courier company through whom you would sent your package back.
- It may take more than 15-20 working days for Quirky Perks to receive the return package and additional 2-3 working days to ship it back to the consumer/customer.
Products eligible for return/refund:
Notebooks, Pens, Planters, Trinket Tray, Pouches, and will be eligible for returns and exchange.
Products not eligible for return/refund/cancellations if it’s a prepaid order:
Apparels, Washi Tape, Phone Cases, Masks, Jewellery, Squeezy Band, Sippers, Bottles, Tote Bags, Neon Lights, Beach Hats, Coasters, Vacuum Coffee Mug, Sunglasses , Card Sleeves, Coffee Mugs & All Personalised Products & Sneaker Keychains.

Store Credit: If a store credit is issued to you, it will be for the product value only. Shipping amount is not reimbursed for store credit.
