Directions of use:
Take a sharp object like a needle and penetrate slightly in the hole of your squeezy band. Fill the refill bottle with sanitizer, cream or lotion. Firmly insert bottles refill cap deeply in the hole and let the refill bottle empty into the squeezy band! Viola! Dispense as per use.
